Tour Outline

The tour will depart from the Jetty Visitors Centre before heading out of Stanley and along the road towards Darwin. On the way you can see the mountains that surround Stanley and the stone runs that run between the hills. Other sites of interest include:
  • Boot Hill
  • Wind turbines (that provide a third of our energy production)
  • Rolling landscapes
  • Mount Pleasant Complex

Most tours are around 5 to 6 hours, however weather and road conditions may mean that the journey is a slower, and therefore the tour lasts a little longer.
If your are on a cruise and your visit is postponed to another date, your booking will remain valid for the new date. We know in advance which boats reschedule, so we know which bookings this will apply to.
Yes, you can. Select how many tickets you need and add the names of the people in your group in the checkout area. Names are needed so we know who is joining us on the tour.
