FAQs
Hop On Hop Off Service
How does it work?
Buy your ticket in advance online, or find one of our staff when you first arrive in Stanley.
We will scan your ticket, or you can buy one from our staff member, and we will give you a wrist band that you can show to the driver when getting on the bus.
When you see a bus stop sign, you can hop on and travel to your selected destination. There are bus stop guids on the buses so you know where to get off.
How long do I have to wait for a bus?
Buses will generally be along every 20 minutes or so.
Do I need to pay every time I use the bus?
No. You only need to buy one ticket per person and you can use it all day at any of the designated bus stops.
Can I refund my ticket if I don't use it?
Refunds are dependent on when the request for a refund is made.
Please refer to our cancellations policy for more information.
Your tour with us
Can I pay for a tour in advance?
Yes. When you send us your enquiry, we will send you a link to pay for your tour after confirming your requirements.
Can I pay for my tour on arrival into Stanley?
No. We require all bookings to be paid in advance so we know accurate numbers of people attending the tour.
Can I cancel a tour after I have booked?
You can cancel anytime, and we would very much appreciate you letting us know rather than not showing so we know who to expect for a tour, however for refunds, please read our cancellations policy in our terms and conditions.
What if my cruise is delayed?
Your tour is still valid for your arrival, even if we have a later start than planned. If your cruise arrives on another date, we will already know when to expect you and your booking will still be valid for the new date.
What if my cruise cancels the visit to Stanley?
We will already know if the cruise has been cancelled, but please get in touch with us regarding refunds.
Please see our terms and conditions for cancellations.
General questions
Do you provide food or refreshments for tours
This depends on the tour. You can find out which tours have food or refreshments in the information sections of each tour.
I have a medical condition. Can I still book a tour?
Please see the information sections for individual tours to see if your medical condition will impair your tour. Some tours have very bumpy roads and uneven ground and may not be suitable for all.
For other health concerns, you know how best to manage your condition, but do let us know if you think there is anything we should be aware of.
